Kaeser & Blair provides one of the best compensation packages in the promotional products business. Our special relationship with product manufacturers and suppliers, the exclusive pricing we receive together with the modern efficiency of K&B’s administrative support system make this possible. This very special pricing enables you to maximize your profit potential.

You earn a commission on each and every transaction. Kaeser and Blair has no holdbacks and NO MINIMUM ORDERS. Commission is calculated on the standard industry basis of a 50/50 split of the gross margin generated on each order and is ADVANCED on all credit established or prepaid orders that are factory ready (have all the information and art needed to produce).

Commission is payable in one of two ways.  A weekly commission check is issued to you each and every Wednesday for all orders submitted and processed.  Another option is our revolutionary Daily Direct Deposit program.  Dealer’s taking advantage of this benefit receives their commission each and every day that their orders are processed.  Payments are through the Federal Automated Clearinghouse system and are generally received within two business days of processing.  No one in the industry pays you faster!

Additionally, Kaeser & Blair provides an Incentive Program that rewards you for the growing success of your dealership. With clearly defined benchmarks, and cold hard cash as a motivator, Kaeser & Blair will help you reach your next level of success and ever-growing annual bonuses.

As your sales grow and you achieve $50,000 in annual sales, you will become eligible for our accelerated commission program.  This benefit provides you the opportunity to earn a greater percentage of the profit on each and every order, up to 65% of the gross margin.
